download launcher will not download packs

my launcher will not download any packs, I have added it to my firewall, turnt off my firewall and anti virus, reinstalled the launcher and nothing is happening. the packs start to download then cut off and the install button appears again, I do not get any warning/error notice, the only log I have in my technic folder is the one posted below. Please can some one help.

'Access is denied' means there is a security software involved. Something on your computer is blocking the launcher.

Webproxy, Netnanny, firewall or antivirus - find out which one is doing it.

thank you for ur help, turns out my internet provider was having problems with downloads so was blocking it, took hours to get them to sort it but all sorted now
