Skin not showing up

So it goes like this...I have a skin in technic launcher and it works in new tekkit , hexxit , Voltz , Big Dig but not in tekkit classic im playing as steve.I want my skin to work if its possible. All my friends have there skins working. Please help.

Have you tried Tekkit Classic Reborn?

It's basically almost the same as tekkit classic, and you can do pretty much everything the same, but there's new stuff from 1.7.10 and other things like that. It expands upon the original and I would highly recommend it for players of tekkit classic with decent computers.
