bug Need help problem with server launch bat file

I'm in real trouble. Me and my friend wanted to make a B-team server so we did. We aint good at servers and stuff like that but finally we succed. We startet det server whit all mods but when we entered we realised that only a few mods worked so we read'ed some common bugs and fixes and find out that we should open the bat. file and not the jar. file so we did and this came up

we reed the codes and find out that forgemod loader is unable to launch please help!

You are missing the Legacy Java Fixer. The mod is in your client's mods folder and can be copied to the server.
