I might be in over my head. can some help me please?

so i made the modpack and finally got it to download after several tries. When I downloaded it and hit play the modpack just installs and goes back to the technic menu. It doesn't even go to the loading screen. I need help on it. here's a link http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/dukepack.665730 I'd include a log/report if i knew how.

• Weather mod is improperly installed. Open the ZIP file and follow the author's instructions.
• You have included the 1.8.4 version of OptiFine. You need the latest 1.7.10 version.
