Tehcnic forums keeps redirecting me

I've cleared me cookies, rebooted, cleared cache, etc; but still every time I try to reload http://forums.technicpack.net/ but after about 8 seconds it redirects me to

and now it's starting to piss me off. I don't think I've been banned but in order to just get to the forums I had to use a proxy, can somebody give me some more info.
