Mystical light blue flower: Help

Hi guys, I'm here today because I'm a big noob.

I searched for long the mystical ligth blue flower, that is supposed to be in the floating city, but i just can't find it. If you have coordinate/ location it would help.

Well, I dunno' if you still need help with this, with it being almost a month later...That's plenty of time during which you could've searched again and found them. thanks a lot, in the end i managed to clean the entire island before I finally found them, took me 2 weeks to farm dawn totems and start cleaning but at last I did it.
