Technic launcher faied to load game

I downloaded a modpack called vindexcraft (Roleplayserver), and when i click play, the Technic launcher closes then opens again and does nothing, is it because im on windows 10?

It probably is, but it'd help to see the logs.  Go to launcher options -> check "show console".  Try to start it up, then copy the console to paste.ubuntu.com and link it here.
