Technic Launcher Wont open

[Allwright]

Went onto my computer to day and the Techniclauncher.exe won't load up i am on a windows 10 computer and when i click on it no thing happens i have java and every thing else that Technic needs to work.i Have have tried troubleshooting deleting Technic in the roaming  and re downloaded the techniclauncher  even tried the mac one but no thing works.is there any thing else i can do?

Here also the same , and says the    authserver.majong.com  isn,t  reachable .

We had a second setup on another pc , but the problem isn,t on that action .

Seems another thing , the kids are not happy here .

It doesnt say anything when i click on it, just doesnt open. It doesn't even start loading.
