It is what it says it is. Try updating your video card drivers. If that doesn't work, then your next post should be in the bug board, not here.

If you are using Tekkit (SMP), then wrong board. And don't triple post. If you must, just edit your first post.

What does the RAM have to do with the video card driver? Anyway, you can choose how much you allocate in the launcher.
