help Error extracting file. Please help!!!!

Hello, I'm a modpack maker, but I have a problem. My modpack say Error extracting file. How to fix it?

It is 1.7.10 modpack about +/- 110 mods

Moved to Platform Pagoda (the correct place for custom modpack help).

The config directory in that zip file has a problem somewhere, a broken file maybe. When I deleted it the modpack extracted fine.
