Max1969j
When playing tekkit classic, all mobs will have glitched textures, and some of their body parts will be missing. everything else works just fine. If it matters, I have ubuntu 14.04 LTS, typing "java -version" in terminal gives "java version "1.7.0_91"OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea 2.6.3) (7u91-2.6.3-0ubuntu0.14.04.1)OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.91-b01, mixed mode)"

0 Max1969j
Use the official java from oracle. Type in terminal $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/java $ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-installer It didn't work. I attached a picture showing my player model and a wolf. typing "java -version" now shows "java version "1.8.0_66"Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_66-b17)Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.66-b17, mixed mode", I also clicked "Launcher options" inside technic, went to "Java settings" and made sure that it was using 1.8.0_66. I have also tried "Sphax bdcraft" to see if it was somehow a texture pack problem, but that didn't fix it.
