help Help, it doesnt start up.

So i tried making a modpack. but im kinda strugling with something.

There is this Unzip/Download fail when i try to launch it. http://prntscr.com/a6buo6 <--- please look, this keeps hapening. and its a direct download link. i tried searching for help but couldnt find it. please help,
 

Now it doesnt start up the game even tho eevrything is done with this stepped video
