Can't start any modpacks

So recently me and some friends wanted to play Tekkit on a server. I installed Technic Laucher and tried to start Tekkit but nothing happens. I tested other Modpacks (Hexxit, Tekkit Lite, Attack of the B-Team etc.) and none of them are working

Btw. I have Java 1.7.0_80 64-bit (my Windows is 64 bit too)

Somewhere there is a java global java setting that is forcing to to use only 512MB. Someone once posted a short script to remove it, but I can't seem to find it. 

 

Try this from a command prompt:

set _JAVA_OPTIONS=

[JaariAtmc]

Please download this file, then RightClick->Run as Administrator. 
This should clear Java Settings that are being stored in your OS, which interfere with Technic.
