Aercloud Posted March 17, 2016 Share Posted March 17, 2016 (edited) Hello. I am here troubleshooting for a friend. He has a 32 bit windows 7 operating system with 4 gigabytes of RAM. The B-Team modpack requires 2 GB but he can only allocate 1. Is there any way to fix this or increase the amount of RAM he can allocate? Thanks. Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted April 5, 2016 Discord Moderator Share Posted April 5, 2016 To elaborate in a (nearly) necrotic thread: Windows 7 was licensed for the product purchased (or shipped in the case of OEM). What that means is that a product key for 32bit Windows 7 will work just fine for the same Windows version (home, pro, etc.) but for 64bit. Your friend could re-install Windows using his product key and the 64bit install DVD. He could also accept the Windows 10 upgrade, then reinstall with the Windows 10 64bit media.
