Technic Launcher shows up as a tiny window, and doesn't do anything.

I recently downloaded the Technic Launcher. I installed and played Tekkit Legends for a little while, then closed it. Later on, I tried to re-open the Technic Launcher to play once more. I logged in, and the launcher suddenly showed up as a tiny, classic-styled window. From then on, it would only show me that tiny window, and wouldn't take me to the actual launcher menu.

I've tried Googling this problem in every possible way I could think to phrase it. No relevant results showed up. I didn't see anything like this in other forum posts either.

I'm sort of grasping at straws here. Can anyone lend a hand?
