When I was playing Pixelmon i  got a message "minecraft out of memory" so I shut it down, went on to the launcher options and looked for my memory, it was set to 1gb (i have 8gb) and it wont go past 1gb, i searched all over and carn't find it, at all. I reinstalled the java, the launcher and reset my pc nothing has worked.
