Installing minecraft assets 0% PLS help

When I try to download hexxit to play it, it always gets stuck on "installing minecraft assets" and it always says 0%, when I checked the console it said "File Version.json Not Found in"

How to Fix:

1- Download This File: https://libraries.minecraft.net/com/mojang/authlib/1.5.25/authlib-1.5.25.jar

2- Go To C:\Users\YourPCName\AppData\Roaming\.technic\cache\com\mojang\authlib\1.5.25

3- Put The Jar File Inside

4- Try Open Your Modpack Now
