For some reason I've been having problems with minecraft for the past few weeks. I haven't played the game in months and wanted to get back into it. My vanilla minecraft used to crash when i loaded up or created a single player world, I then installed the latest version of java x64 and it stopped crashing but the main menu now would stay at 5FPS with the music still running normally, It was very laggy which i never had this problem ever before. Then I tried Technic and the no mod will start up they would all just stay loading.

Things I've tried:

- Deleted my .minecraft for vanilla mc ofc

- Installed latest version of Java windows x64

- Allocated more RAM currently at 6G

I honestly don't know what else to do

"Haven't played for months" and upgraded to Windows 10 in the meantime?
