Mod-packs not launching

I am experiencing an issue where multiple mod-packs will not launch and I have tried installing 64 bit Java, reinstalling the packs, and even reinstalling the launcher. All mod-packs I attempt to launch are affected, including official mod-packs.

Yet you forgot the most important part, to post a log here (upload to paste.ubuntu.com, logs can be found in %appdata%\.technic\logs).
