Technic Launcher Refuses To Open

Every time I click on the technic launcher icon, instead of launching, a message pops up that says:

Error: could not open 'C:\Program Files(x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_60\lib\i386\jvm.cfg'

By the way, I'm kind of a noob with computers, so I have no idea what that means...

Also, I'm on Windows 10... I don't know much else :(
