Password Help

I don't remember my Technic Platform password. It's been a little over a year since I've ever had to enter it and today it decided to log me out. Trying to fix the problem, I went to the Technic website (which I was already signed in to.) I tried to change my password but the only way to do so is to enter the old password which I don't remember. Please send help.

And make sure to login using your "username" not "email" address. (once you've reset your password)
