World crash while i open it

Hello,

 

i played the "1.7.10 pack" for 3-4 months, yesterday i tried to open my world but everytime it blocks at "Loading world" and then it crashes.

It says it's a private paste, no one but you can see it.

Sorry now it is public

in your /world folder there is another folder called HardCore Questing, remove it and relaunch.

Thank you! it worked! Can i get the quest that i've done back or i can't? 

 

I just noticed that now the world is so laggy, i mean, i have 140 fps but if i break a block nothing happens, i can't open furnaces and stuffs like that...
