Launcher wont work

So. I installed Technic launcer, but It doesnt seem to start up.
Someone told me it was because I use a 32-bit Laptop. Does anyone have a solution to this how I can still play it or how I can upgrade it

If the launcher does not start at all. This is almost always fixed by reinstalling you Java.

 

Please go to http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp and download the version for your computer. If you're using 32-bit Windows select Windows Offline. After downloading please click on the installer to install it. Try starting the launcher again. If this does not work, tell me.
