technic launcher wont lauch any modpacks

any modpack that i have attempted to launch has failed to launch, my specs are 2.10Ghz proccessor 4Gb ram. i have never had a problem in the past with this, but recently (past 2 weeks) nothing will launch it wont open any other windows, just closes the launcher then reopens it
