I've created my now third pack for technic but this third one is giving me some issues. I use dropbox to host and I have yet to get a ban because of data limits and the first 2 packs work fine. I've done all the various bug fixes that usually work but it still refuses to download. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How did you fix it? My modpacks say the link is invalid and I use dropbox all the time, previous versions of the modpack link also say they are invalid

There's a post here that covers how to name your dropbox links so Technic can download them:

But to save you 5 minutes of scrolling for the answer, here it is:

I found a solution to the dropbox problem,

replace www with dl and dropbox withdropboxusercontent in your URL. For example:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/xttkmuvu7hh72vu/MyFile.pdf

Becomes:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/xttkmuvu7hh72vu/MyFile.pdf

To force a file download, append a direct link with ?dl=1. Example:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/xttkmuvu7hh72vu/MyFile.pdf?dl=1
