Cant Launch Technic Launcher

It seems I can't launch the technic launcher.

Whenever I try it I get this error

Few things to check:

1) Make sure your antivirus program is not blocking it. 

2) Try right-clicking on it, click Properties, and make sure its not blocked there. 

3) Right click and launch as Admin. 

4) Re-download from http://www.technicpack.net/download and try again. 

5) Make sure you have 64 bit Java.

I have tried all of those methods and neither of them have worked.

Not sure then, perhaps a malware scan would be a good idea.

UPDATE: I can launch the technic launcher via the temp.jar file in the appdata folder. I don't know if it is a shortcut error or something else.

UPDATE 2: It seems the technic launcher is starting to corrupt somehow.

The launcher icon is all fuzzed out and some modpacks are invalid xD.

I have no idea whats going on but I'll just reinstall technic
