Help with a modpackH

Hey everybody, I cannot for the life of me get my modpack to work. This is the link to the pack: http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/an-industrial-advneture.948921 . I get an 'error'. Heres a screenshot of it and a pastebin to the Log

The mod ShetiPhianCore (ShetiPhian-Core) requires mod versions [Forge@[10.13.4.1614,)] to be available

Like, the reason it doesn't work is spelled out for you... Don't people know how to read these days? The rest of the info was just plucked from your log.
