Error in installing modpacks

Hello, I downloaded the technic launcher and tried installing modpacks however I keep getting the follo wing message: " Error in downloading the following pack: The 1.7.10 Pack

Failed to d ownload https://s3.amazonaws.com/minecraft.download/versions/1.7.10/1.7.10.jar  Please consult the modpack author." 

Who is the modpack author for the  1.7.10 pack and how should I contact him? Does anybody know what I should do so i can launch and enjoy this wonderful game? Thanks

you can see the name of the user who made the pack on the Latest Updates when you're highlighting the modpack on the launcher

this guy has his own discord server as well- Contact him there. Click on the modpack description window to get to the modpack page for details/links to contact and getting tech help.

Since this is a custom pack it is not a technic launcher issue. Moved to Platform Pagoda
