Modpack not loading mods

I'm not really sure what's wrong with my pack that makes it so it won't load - it's a custom pack I made, I tried to make sure that all the mods are valid (have version numbers and such) and that the forge file was named modpack.jar but it's still not working and I'm not quite sure where I went wrong

This might have something to do with it

You can show file extensions in windows with this

I didn't check anything else, so its possible there are other issues beyond this.

Thank you so much! I can't believe it was that of all things, I didn't realize I didn't have file name extensions on so I added the .jar without thinking! Thank you so much for your help!
