Need help with a custom modpack

You made the exact same mistake as what I posted in my last comment on there.

Also, your mods folder is empty?

just put the files back in the mods folder, dont know how that happened

I fixed everything, tried to run it and it just ran vanilla again

Did I have to download the windows installer and rename it? or the normal installer and rename it, which i did?

also, this is in 1.7.10, does forge update 2854 apply?

You don't use the installer. That's only for 2854 (2851 or 1.13+). For 1.7.10, you download the universal forge, which you rename.
