Technic Launcher freezes when I try to login

So I recently dowloaded Technic Launcher and when I try to log in with my microsoft account, both the console and the add account pages freeze.

Also, I had another problem on the console tab where it said it couldn't  find two folders so I made the folders but now it says this,

[B#709] Unable to load users from D:\technic loader\users.json
[B#709] Unable to load installedPacks from D:\technic loader\installedPacks

 

I don't think this affects my original problem and I understand why it's saying this as I havn't downloaded a pack or made an account yet.

If anyone knows about this pls tell me cuz i just want to play pixelmon.
