Unable to install 1.21 packs. HELP

Hey, i am at a loss with this. 

I have tried to install 1.21 Sodium+minimap pack and one other vanilla tweak pack. it starts to download, the console does its thing and at the end, a few red lines appear in the console.

i tried downloading Attack  of the b-team and that worked without issue.

I have double checked my java version, i have run mc 1.21 from the vanilla launcher, i reinstalled mc and java. I don't know what else to do and I cant quite understand the error messages i'm getting in the console, i'm pretty sure it has something to do with java, i just have no idea how to troubleshoot this.

if it is relevant, i recently did a fresh install of windows where i kept all my personal files, which in hindsight complicates thing every time i choose that option.

Well that was easy, apparantly i had the wrong java version, dont know how but i had to search for newest oracle jawa version and i got it.

It probably tried to run on java 8, while Minecraft 1.20+ requires Java 21 or something.
