You did your modpack.jar wrong. It ONLY should contain FML and any files you would put into your minecraft.jar.

have it completelyup to date try to run and it says redpower is missing. i never installed redpower to begin with though

I'm having a new problem. My modpack is only downloading for me, but it launches as vanilla for anyone else. I'm using Mediafire as my link and I did use the correct link from the green download button. I also compiled my modpack correctly. If anyone knows how to solve this I would greatly appreciate it.

You cannot use mediafire, as it is not a direct link download side.

Try using DropBox (Read replies on other pages for more information).
