I hope you are aware of that triple posting is not allowed?

When there are moderators online they will move it in due time, have patience

In the future, there's an edit button on your own posts you can hit, so you can avoid multi-posts like the above.

Edit: Also, once this is moved, is it all the added mods that are not working, or only some of them? Was the world generated before or after all the mods were added in?

First I made a new folder, then I opened forge. I highlighted and dragged all of the forge stuff into that folder. I right clicked it and pressed add archive, I made it .jar, then I put it in my bin.

Did you delete the META-INF folder? It usually doesn't like it in there if stuff changes inside minecraft.jar.

It still doesn't work :( please help

Am I supposed to use minecraft.jar WITH forge so my modpack.jar works? I only have forge in my modpack.jar. If I need to make a copy of minecraft jar, and copy forge, drag it to the minecraft.jar, then use that as my modpack.jar please tell me.

Also tell my IF I need a config file. (I have one in there but it has nothing in it)
