AprilElyse Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 So I made some glass the other day but I noticed when I place 2 or more pieces together but they don't connect to each other. I really like the seamlessness of the glass and would like to have it. Thank you. BTW I am using Mac OS X.
Kijoju Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Opitifine works good with Tekkit although the wood planks and Redstone show missing textures with connected textures on.
Mooseman9 Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Opitifine works good with Tekkit although the wood planks and Redstone show missing textures with connected textures on. Uh...no, they don't
Lethosos Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Don't see any problems beyond cheesing around with texturepack settings for connected textures.
AprilElyse Posted May 19, 2013 Author Posted May 19, 2013 do I just have to download optifine and insert it into the jar?? or is there something else I have to do??
Lethosos Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Nope, just stick it into modpack.jar. It'll do the rest for you. Future note: When building a modpack, first Forge then Optifine. That way they play nice with each other.
Teraku Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 I've noticed the same thing every now and then. Sometimes the Connected Textures just glitch out and some blocks will not connect.
