Planets

This may be a rather silly question (so sorry in advance) but is the only accessible planet in galacticraft the moon? Because I was sure that the original mod had more planets than that. If there are other planets how do I get to them?

The other planets aren't done yet. The ones you probably saw in videos were from a closed beta version which still isn't finished.

aww that is a shame but at least at some point we will be able to go to Mars and other planets

A lot of us were disappointed. We worked for 3 days to make rockets and then we get to space and were stumped to see only a moon after watch Yogcrap.

Be patient. Look at how buggy it is now, imagine how buggy the newest versions are.

I haven't seen this famous closed beta myself, but, if you want planets, use Mystcraft. Pretty much the same concept except you don't get to fly there with a badass rocket.
