And yes OP, the solution is quite easy - though tedious and timeconsuming - and quite obvious. It IS a modpack, after all. What do you think a modpack consist of?

i have my own luncher and i hate to change what i use because i jump from multi to singel in sec so i want to get a like jar file or files to put into mods folder.

Download using techinc launcher. Grab the files from technic. Move files into your preferred launcher.
