Multiverse and Hexxit?

I've set up a server and am currently installing and configuring plugins as I go; therefore, I'm learning as I go.

 

One thing that my friends and I wanted to work with was multiple worlds (i.e. Spawn/Hub, survival, creative, etc.). I've known of a great plugin called Multiverse and its partner plugin Multiverse-Portals.

 

Upon first install, I had a world set up with both plugins and then tried to convert to Hexxit. That didn't work. Then I tried to install them on my restarted Hexxit server (no other plugins or additional mods. complete "vanilla Hexxit") but I couldn't create any new worlds.

 

Now my question is: Is there anyway that Multiverse(or a similar plugin) could be compatible with Hexxit?

 

Couldn't find a specific //Hexxit Server-Owner Discussion// board anywhere so I decided here would be suitable.
Please move to appropriate forum if I am wrong.

In my experience with this, there isn't. I imagine you are using MCPC+. To my understanding MCPC+ does not have the required events that MultiVerse Portals uses so it will not work. I could be wrong as this was a while back. But that was my experience with it. To get around it I installed a Plugin called MyWarps.
