One of your energy tesseracts has corrupted somehow, a client log might identify exactly which one, from that log I can't tell you where it is, only that.  You'll need to use a program like MCEdit to remove the tesseracts you have one at a time if you can't find it exactly.

 

This can be caused if you get a galacticraft wire too close to a TE machine or conduit, it can throw out impossible amounts of energy and cause any energy using device to corrupt this way, so check to make sure you've got no loops by accident (some people do this deliberately to generate infinite free power, if that's the case then you'll just have to put up with this happening from time to time if you want to continue using the bug).

 

In future, please post things like this on the tracker, it's easier to find them.
