As an aside, if someone is looking for an MMO that doesn't try to emulate WoW with varying levels of success - which has been most of the MMOs I can name off the top of my head, albeit with the odd new mechanic or twist on an old one - then you might want to give EVE a try.

All seriousness, the learning curve has gotten a bit better, mechanically speaking. The social learning curve is steep as ever.

Cyriak is amazing. Especially "Meow", "Kitty City", and "Baa". They're all also fun to play in Audiosurf.
