Extraction Pipe won't work on my server. :(

So I was working on an automated chest organization system but,th e extraction pipes don't seem to pull anything up when i have my system set up. I tested the system in singleplayer and that worked so it has something to do with the server. Please help, and thank you. :3

Can you post some screenshots of your setup from a few angles on a site like imgur and link them here so we can see if there's anything obvious?

Also include your chip and its settings as these are commonly the issue with pipes.
