Blinds and Curtain glitch?

Whenever, I have a glitch in my multiplayer game in which i am hosting. Whenever I place down a curtain or blind from Mr. Crayfish's furniture mod its works fine until I right click them to close it. When closed, the curtains or blinds turn completely

black like a lighting glitch you see once in a while. This really annoys my friends because they want it to be all scenic, but i wanna keep the blinds/curtains open because of how terrible it looks with this glitch. Help is very much appreciated.
