New (Custom Modpack) Server Crashes randomly. Any help Much appreciated

Hello I'm Nate, I have a problem with my custom modded server. We are running on MCPC+ 1.6.4 (Which includes all the mods & plugins). Me and my friend have been working together for about three weeks now putting together a forge server that has been giving us multiple problems. But most of the problems have been fixed, but we have a re-occuring issue. When I start the server I will notice in the terminal that we get warnings and severe errors.    

The times the server crashes are all random, and seem to slowly crash. For example The console says the server crashed and has been saved to the crash reports folder, but my friends that were on could still type in chat (this includes using commands)for about 45 seconds afterwards , then the server console would disappear.

Upon the server console disappearing my client and my friends would say "Internal Server Error." The console after stating has crashed would say the game is running slowly. Any help Is Very Greatly Appreciated!

• Team viewer 

 

Internet Info:

• Download speed 20 - 35 mbps
• Upload Speed 10 - 12 mbps
• Comcast Xfinity High Speed Internet
• Firewall Set to low security (yeah I know this isn't too secure.)
• Port forwarding Enabled
