How do I get into a server.

Select Multiplayer in menu, enter the server's designation/location and connect.

If you meant to ask how to find a good one, we have a section for that on the forums.

You need to find someone who has that type of server and usually contact them to get whitelisted (or whatever guest levels they have). They usually do not let just anybody on unrestricted because some people are vandals and tend to grief (destroy things). In some cases you might be on some restricted level until they get to know you a bit.
