Smeltery Constuction Issue

[Mini_Cthulhu]

Right im playing in my wolrd and ive built my smeltery and when i look at the controller block it comes up as invaild sturcture as sceenshot below

 

the GUI looks like this

 

 

I downloaded the tecnic launcher not long ago so i should be on the lastest patch and to note i cant run spacks texture pack because everytime i click to put it on the game crashes and shuts down
