HELP ME PLEASE!!! EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Help, I've been playing Attack of the B-team for a while and then Minecraft starts to crash when I load worlds and join servers. I've tried most of the usual fixes for it but it wouldn't work.
