Which engines are you using?

Is it happening on one type or all types?

What have you got the engine(s) pointing at? (They are pointing at something right? :) )

Most likely is they are either not pointing in the right direction or are steam/combustion and don't have any coal/fuel etc in them. If they are pointing the wrong way use the BC wrench on them to change their orientation. If they don't have a fuel source.... put some in.

Here is a image of what happens. As you can see exactly nothing. :(

i could be doing this wrong but i don't think so i have both pumps connected to a batbox connected to a bunch of solar panels.

Any help is appreciated

Should the pump not be moving though? I thought even if i need more the pumps should move

Those look like electric engines. They need to be hooked up to an IC2 generator of some kind, be it normal, solar, water, geothermal...you get the point.

They are hooked up to a batbox which is hooked up to some 30 or so solar panels

I would double check to make sure the batbox is storing, and putting out energy then. The wire going to the engines, is it attached to the three-dot side of the bat box?

Batboxes only have a one-dot side, which is the output. They can accept input from any other side. Also, if you're using electric engines, unless you're critically low on resources, I'd recommend an MFE. It'll get you through the night much, much better than a batbox.
