I would request that the clay soldiers mod be added to tekkit lite, it is a perfect mod. absolutely wonderful. it would make my day if this would happen.

TekkitLite is "frozen" meaning there will be no further changes to the modpack.

If you were feeling adventurous you could start with my JCLite modpack and add ClaySoldiers. JCLite is what I am calling a spiritual successor to TekkitLite for Forge/MC 1.6.4.

You would add it like any other mod would be added to forge, by dropping it into the mods folder.
