How to disable Transmutation Tables?

How would i disable transmutation tables? i want to keep in some aspects of EE such as alchemical bags, but i dont want people to be able to use transmutation tables (at least until we become bored on the server)

Technically, the backseat mod rule forbids "talking like you have some kind of power" as in threatening punishment. I didn't see that in his post personally. I would classify it more as helpful tips.

OP: If youre super worried about the transmutation tablet, probably want to block condensers too.
