Maximus930 Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 Those are ridiculously OP, they cost nearly nothing to set up, and make more EMC than an array of mark three collectors.
creepersahoy@ Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 Those are ridiculously OP, they cost nearly nothing to set up, and make more EMC than an array of mark three collectors. Only if you add more macerators and gold pipes
Michael101 Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 I've been playing with the latest technic for 1.4.2 and within the nearest village to my spawn point I found a villager trading one emerald for three glowstone blocks... And near him was a villager trading 15 wheat for one emerald.
Maximus930 Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 Only if you add more macerators and gold pipes Try overclocking them or using rotary. Four overclockers and two macerators is all it takes. Gold pipes don't actualy have any effect on the rate at which a system gets items, only the speed of the items themselves. if all the pipe ever carries is cobblestone, it has no effect on how fast your chests fill up with cobblestone, there's just more in the pipe. It doesn't really even matter if the items are different, as all the items still travel at the same speed. Gold pipes are fun, but don't really make any difference for anything.
aceclown Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 You could also fuck around with Mystcraft worlds until you get the glowstone symbol...
Maximus930 Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Well, one, I think this is smp without mystcraft, two, no need to spout unneeded profanity, and three, the glowstone symbol is pretty rare, isn't it?

Instead of using engines for the wooden pipes, use energy links (if you have vast amounts of eu)

Nothing in the rules about swearing old bean! If it is smp with no mystcraft then yeah thats not gonna work. It is a rare symbol but all it costs really is a couple of stacks of books, a stack of feathers and a shit ton of patience really
Maximus930 Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 There isn't anything in the rules against swearing, but it's needless and crude.

racingpro Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 There isn't anything in the rules against swearing, but it's needless and crude. Depends on the damn situation. <<That was unnecessary, but sometimes it is called for.
Maximus930 Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Oh, it definitly depends on the situation, and I am by no means innocent of swearing on forums.
Michael101 Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 pray tell, technic for MC 1.4.2? It's called 'manual build selection'. For someone that likes to toss shit at others on the forum, you don't seem to keep up with the latest developments...
Lothos Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 It's called 'manual build selection'. For someone that likes to toss shit at others on the forum, you don't seem to keep up with the latest developments... excuse me...that is simply uncalled for.
racingpro Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 You both should stop while you're ahead instead of arguing back and forth. Or just argue and we get a show to watch.
Jorcer Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 :suspense: These words are here because the post right above me is from a and I don't want to get in trouble for a low effort post.
